The Problem

We were approached by Krool Jewels to update their old website that was clunky and was failing to convert high traffic volumes into sales. Not only this, the back end management of clients was done on an ad-hoc basis and production workflow suffered due to a lack of process automation.

The Process

We started with our strategic kick-off to understand Krool’s business structure, processes, goals and audience persona’s. From here we developed a clear road-map to deliver a new website & automation platform with the goal of improving conversion rates, simplifying production process’s and creating a better user experience whilst sticking to Krool’s unique brand philosophy.

We also implemented an SEO Campaign focused on identified keywords and product optimisation with the goal of organic traffic being the key revenue driver therefore reducing the reliance paid ads.

The Results

Since launching the new site Krool has achieved the following results:

  • 100% increase in Conversion rate

  • 250% Month on Month revenue increase

  • 150% increase in Organic traffic from product related keywords

  • 878% in revenue from Organic Search Traffic

We’ve been working with Pulp on a strategic growth program and the results have been clear and impressive. We’ve formed a great relationship with the team, who’ve acted as a screening board for ideas. Since working with them my business has scaled substantially whilst helping me create a brand image that represents me and my ideas without compromising on creative freedom.
